A rose by any other ....

I had dinner tonight in the Parliament’s dining room , prepared by the very talented students and staff from Perth College UHI and hosted by their local MSP John Swinney.

Their attention to detail and presentation skills are clear in this butter rose.

Their creative cookery skills were even clearer in the wonderful meal they prepared & served.
