Light Over Lisbon

Today being a national holiday to commemorate Portugal's Carnation Revolution, we went on a coach trip to Lisbon; this was crossing the bridge which was called the Salazar Bridge until the Revolution, when it was renamed the 25 de Abril Bridge. The ship on the right is from the French line we sailed back from Brazil on, CMA CGM. Loved being on a coach and getting a higher-up view of the city.

Added an extra looking the other way from the bridge, towards Belém, on the way back. I don't get views like this from our car.

Highlight of the day was going to a hilarious play at the Estoril Casino (origin of the James Bond character), relieved we had no trouble understanding the humour.

Gratefuls:
- the beauty of Lisbon
- fun day with friends and lots of other new people
- Brazilian (Mineiro) buffet for lunch, big yum!
