Another Unidentified Floral Object

Certainly, this is not the most elegant flower picture I took today, but it happens to be the one that interests me most---probably because I am not sure what it is and I love the color and the fuzzy buds and stems.  I really like the extra, but it doesn't have any actual blooms on it, though it does have some pareidolia which gives it personality!
