What struck my fancy

A view

from the southwest side of King's Lynn. The river Great Ouse is heading towards the town, then turns left a bit to head nearly north out to the North Sea via The Wash.

It's much cooler and windier than recently and I think we are feeling the remnants of Storm Hannah.

The imposing church has twin towers and clocks one of which is a tide clock, the formal name is King's Lynn Minster, dedicated to St Margaret.
