Odd Couple

Early mornings are best for seeing the ducks on the pond. No idea where they go to during the day.  The little non-breeding male (which I mistook to be a female previously), is still hanging with the Mallards.  I watched him quite happily swimming with this particular drake.  So cute as they both spotted me at the same time.

Now the clouds are back.  Hello, Spring...where art thou?
