Lunchtime power nap

Had a lovely Dales Day with Norm. Kilnsey first for a coffee and some carrot cake and then on to Linton Falls and walked up to Grassington for a wander round. Bought some glass miniature animals, 2 as gifts and 1 turtle for myself :-)

Called for a half of Bridgehouse Blonde at the Airedale Heifer on the way home. I've been avoiding alcohol since I started my medication but just fancied an ale in the sunshine today. 

I've been watching the snooker since I got back home and had a nice chat on the phone with my mum and brother this evening. My dad's not too good at the moment. Poor dad.
