Givus a snog.

Once the time for the world to end had passed, I got on with celebrating the Winter Solstice. It is a joyous time to know that the ark of the sun will start to rise again and the daylight hours will lengthen.

The sun shone on the obligate semi-parasitic plants growing high up in the lime tree and I stood there a while, but nomen came past.

Viscum album more commonly known as European Mistletoe is poisonous, but has been brought into homes since pre Christian times at the winter solstice as it was seen as a representation of divine male essence (and thus romance, fertility and vitality.)

I'm expecting big things this evening...
