Plant sale

R wanted to get to a local plant sale as soon as it opened to get the best choices, and we did. The rest of the morning was spent in the garden planting. It’s looking fabulous.
Late afternoon we went to meet the gang in the pub to catch up on their travels, Chicago for M&L and Hong Kong for Simon. It’s good to have them all back and now we’re looking forward to our trip together to Madrid next weekend. I’m trying to lose a few pounds this week in preparation as there’s a lot of talk of food and wine. Hopefully interspersed with some sights and culture, but that will be the mornings I should think.
