Bird house with Dogwood

I haven't seen any birds near this one. I have three out this year and the back yard one is occupied by chickadees, for the first time ever. Every year the chickadees check out that nestbox and every year, until now, they reject it. Then the wrens come along and choose it.
The wren came by a couple of weeks back and sang a protest song! Maybe he'll be back - I've seen the wren nest late, once chickadees move out.
