Life through my eyes

We'll even try to smile!

This morning we went to collect our new car.  We had been a bit uncertain about the colour, but once we saw it in the sunshine we were pleased we had that one and not the one we thought we wanted!

Then into Bristol for Mr T's hospital appointment (a referral to hepatobiliary consultant) and before hand we called into the bank to find out how to pay the mortgage off.  A simple question we thought, but not one that had a simple answer!  It seems it is not possible to go to a branch of your bank and do it.  That left us with time to kill before Mr T's appointment, and then they were running late so a lot of waiting.

The consultant was very good, and apologetic for being late, but they were two down and had been cancelling lower priority patients.  He said Mr T's bile duct had been 10mm, and the maximum it should have been was 7mm, and the actual gall stone was 18mm, so it was no wonder it caused so many problems.  Anyway he suggested a next step to do some further checks and then see what is found.

Between the bank and the hospital we spotted these police ladies on horseback and I asked if I could Blip them, and they were more than happy, and even said they would try to smile!  They asked if I would post it on Twitter too.
