Bootcamp Boxercise

Decided to get myself out of bed today and get some exercise. It’s been a while since I did a bootcamp - exercise in the fresh air- but this morning was bright and sunny and quite warm. The instructor has just completed a Boxercise course so she was practicing on us. Feeling quite energised now!
