A Meandering Life...

Dryopteris affinis 'Cristata'

It's that time of year this little gem in my front garden starts to stretch and unfurl. One of my favourites.

The morning was taken up coaching my neighbours cat, Gem, out of our conifer tree where it hid at 1.30am when foxes past through. By midday I got fed up being nice and just left a very long ladder resting on the trunk. By 12.30pm she was down.

Tonight I chair the photo club AGM, enjoy a meal and present all the awards for the season. I thought I'd better Blip early...
