Sideview front balcony

I think I have a cold on top of the allergies and asthma, joys... End result, rather miserable day again. This is the front balcony as seen from my sons' window. Was going to pull the nasturtium that looks so pathetic, but saw that it has new growth, despite overwintering in an unheated stairway. Wonder if the ants have moved aphids on to it yet..
