Calder / Picasso

Spent the morning with Ch at the Picasso Museum where we saw a great Calder / Picasso exhibition. Here is one of Calder's mobiles against the ceiling of the beautiful Hôtel Salé.

Afterwards we got lunch at Pitzman, which has been one of our favourite spots for falafel since my last sabbatical. We also made a stop at l'Éclair de génie which has moved in to the same block.. you can see it in the extras, along with a progress check of Notre-Dame.

I got some work done in the afternoon and then a haircut. After dinner we walked through Saint-Germain-des-Prés and saw a large group of Gilets Jaunes near Saint-Sulpice, preparing for tomorrow's labour day marches.
