working?...

..well a wee light came on when plugged in but not a drip of water to be seen.
This, believe it or not, is a water feature and at that price just too good to resist at the heady price of a tenner.
In theory water pours from the tap and dribbles down into the pail...mmmmm.
Not quite yet.
Perhaps to be planted with some herbs?
