That’s not a bird

We had a cheeky visitor to the bird feeding station this afternoon. S/he didn’t bother with the niger seed that we put out for the goldfinches, but homed in on the generic ‘wild bird’ seed mix.

One of the robins that frequents the garden stood looking indignant on a branch nearby, but there wasn’t much he could do. I took a few photos (which didn’t disturb the interloper at all) and then suggested to the squirrel that she might leave, stage right. So she did :)
