Out and About

Decided on a bike ride this morning. Although slightly misty it was good conditions for cycling. I haven’t been on my bike for some time and with a charity ride at the end of May.

There were lots of small birds flitting in and out of the hedgerows. Lots of Oil Seed Rape and blossom to distract from the hills and saddle soreness.

Enjoyed a quick catch up on the phone with eldest son Stephen who was in Manchester for a case conference.
