Upgrade

As the Galaxy s3 is currently Samsung flagship mobile device (although that might now be the Note 2?) they are pushing out upgrades regularly.

Today was "Jellybean" day, upgrade from Android 4.0.4 to 4.1. Did it make any differences, who knows. But the upgrade screen was cool.

After using it for a few days now there are some things I love, and some things that are testing me. Like, Samsung had licenses Swype for the S2, but decided for the S3 to do it themselves, call it "continuous input" and then add predictive text on top. At times it's very very frustrating and almost enough to send me back to the S2. And then there's the screen, it's huge, and I love it. But, they changed the technology and it's not as good as the S2 in bright sunlight. It's not a showstopper (Swype nearly is), but it's just a shame.

Aside from that, a busy day preparing to meet our client who has been threatening to sue us. I suspect after legal advice they are rethinking that, and we've presented a non-cash solution to try and solve it.

Fingers crossed, we'll know tomorrow.
