experiments

Have been curious for quite a long while about eating insects because that is definitely the environmentally responsible thing to do. I know also that in many parts of the world they are eaten and that it couldn't be that much different from shrimp...  I snuck these in, everyone ate them and thought the patties were ok - only one person grossed out when I said what they were made of.. small steps forward.
