Gunlock State Park

Our adventure for today was a hike into the waterfalls at Gunlock State Park.  A large reservoir feeds the waterfalls, second Extra Photo shows the reservoir with Veyo Volcano in the background.  On our way up to the park there were free range cattle to watch out for,  another Extra Photo shows one young bull checking us out.  Unfortunately we didn't expect the birds that were all over and didn't bring the big lens with us.  There was one bright red tanager that was beautiful.  Sheryl has some great photos from today, if you have a moment they are worth checking out.
