Buddha's head

Another wet and dismal morning, so I'm resolved to staying at home and another indoor blip. This is a rather lovely onyx carving of a Buddha'a head which I bought some years ago now. It does stand upright on it's base, but since it's eyes are shut, I thought it would be more appropriate (and interesting) to photograph it laying down.
