The Results are in and the scales are up

All was well at clinic this morning, there were no side effects from the stent removal last week.  It's been an incredible from the time of the transplant operation to now, apart from one blip, everything has gone well and I feel great.

Only downside was I'd better get my exercise regime in place pronto as the weight is going on.  Haven't been this heavy now for about 3 or 4 years.  Lol!

Thing is I'm still nervous about doing too much.
