Musée d'Orsay

Photo creds to Ch for this view of Orsay, including Glenn Ligon's special installation with the names of the black models featured in the exhibition we saw. It was a very good exhibition but huge, and then I also wanted to see the giant Courbets (so impressive!) and a few other things... Orsay is a great gallery but tourist season is clearly starting and it was pretty crowded. We really enjoyed ourselves, though. 

In the evening I went out to another Agnès Varda retrospective in a small theatre in my neighbourhood. The double showing of Mur Murs and Documenteur was organized by a ciné-club and the discussion that followed was interesting. I was glad I went.
