Post concert analysis

Our beloved conductor departed from his usual style of heaping praise and encouragement on us at Tuesday's rehearsal to point out a number of deficiencies in our performance at our last concert. Of course, being far too nice a guy, he apologised for the bollocking both before and after it was administered. Tonight he expressed renewed satisfaction with our efforts, and that demanded detailed but unresolved (to be continued) post-concert discussion. As far as I can remember, that is what we were talking about, anyway.
