Day 124/19. A Goose like Duck.

A trip to a local nature reserve today with the big lens.
The Shelduck is a bit of an odd bird, looking black and white at a distance. It is basically a big duck that looks more like a goose. It lives mainly on coasts and estuaries and is hard to mistake for anything else with its distinctive chestnut body patches and bright red bill.
The extra today is a Cormorant sitting on a post surveying the world after a particularily tiring fishing expedition.
