We had things to do in Skib this morning and having done said things headed over to the weekly market where Jo can normally be found, helping her friend with her chocolate stall and nibbling into the profits.
We wandered around, Z found a new friend :) Then lunch with Jo in the local vegan restaurant/antiquarian bookstore. I'd been there on multiple occasions when it was just a bookstore and must admit I'd made a face when eating vegan was suggested, but the vegan mayonnaise on my lunch was gorgeous. The chef, a Scot , wouldn't tell me her secret recipe for it though. To Market
