The "Compact" Beast

This is it... the Casio QV4000. I think its from 2001 based on the default date in the camera, so that makes it about 11 years old. It definitely feels that old; its about 6cm thick with the lens out to give an idea of scale, Can't really complain though, as it was free. Although, amusing as it is because of its size, this does mean I can't take it out tonight, I'm not carting this conspicuous behemoth around. Oh, and yes, that is a 16MB memory card at the front. So, inevitably, the hunt for a new camera continues.
