Boating on the RiverAvon , Bath

As Stanley had his day off today we went over to have lunch with him and give him a lift for shopping etc. The chefs’ house is high up on the Landsdown side of Bath so he has a steep cycle after work back home from the restaurant. He’s started an apprenticeship at The Olive Tree Restaurant in Bath which has a Michelin star and is attached to the Queensbury Hotel . So far he is loving it so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
We had lunch at The Boathouse Restaurant at Bathwick and it was in a delight situation by the River .
