Retake of the Theater

This is a retake that I finally edited tonight. It's really difficult to get the exposure of the letters on the sign with the glowing white background to appear at the same time all the dark areas are exposed. So, I took two photos a couple steps apart, with one exposure close to correct for the black on white, and then one that was a bit longer...

The n in Photoshop, I masked in the wording to get it to look the way it did. If anyone has a suggestion on how to get this in camera, I'd love to hear it.
