Tonka bean panna cotta

My Christmas presents last year included a container of Tonka beans which I have never tasted.

I have never made a panna cotta before either so I combined the two and here is the result.
The panna cotta had the right wibble to it, tasted good with a smooth texture, but the Tonka bean flavour was wasted on me.
