In memory

Sad news yesterday, Peter Mayhew died the other day. He was the actor who played Chewbacca in all the Star War films. Tomorrow is Star Wars day (May 4thbe with you) and I remembered my boss has the taking Chewbacca mask. As we are going to a Fly ball comp I asked if I could borrow it. Seems a shame not to have a photo in it. The shutter people were in all day and the shutters are up. Need to be fine tuned but they do look good. Hopefully they will be finished on Tuesday. J worked from home with Kilda who was very put out she couldn’t keep an eye on the workers and was stuck in the kitchen. Took her for a walk in the gardens and then went to meet RD for a pint. Had a nice catch up and was leaving early when a couple asked if Kilda was a SWD. Seems they have one back home in San Francisco and are over on holiday. Spent a nice hour chatting to them and found them on Instagram.
