Cliffe Castle

Our Camera Club Exhibition at Cliffe Castle in Keighley opened yesterday while we were at the YPU, so we popped along today to have a look at see the opening talk.

On the way we stopped off at the garden centre which is on the Tour de Yorkshire route.  There were lots of public being allowed to cycle the route before the professionals did it in the afternoon.  We were glad we were driving against the race route - they would have been thousands of cyclists to try and overtake!

After the photography talk, a group of us went to the new Cliffe Castle cafe for lunch and then we had a look at the pictures on the wall.  We were in need of tea and cake at this point so we went back to the cafe before having a wander around the grounds.  A good, relaxing day!
