Bridge

I've walked past these stone balustrades on the right so many times (and Blipped them) but never noticed what was on the other side.  From this perspective the little bridge (which is a set of steps going into what used to be Bolton Magistrates' Court) and the area underneath it reminds me of a moat or one of the bridges in Venice (sort of).  I know it's litter (which is no laughing matter) but it does amuse me that there's a dead umbrella underneath the bridge!  I don't know why but there's something about this that I really like and I can't believe I've only just noticed it.
