Camera Club

As this was the first time I've gone along to the Linton Camera Club, I had to blip something from the evening, and this was the only shot worth sharing (thanks to Ukelelehayley!) This is also her very friendly little dog, Bertie. We only have cats, so didn't feel I could bring Rosie or Molly along for a pet photography session! It was nice to have four blippers together (NinjaShoe and nonpcplod, the chair of the club, were also there).

I was having trouble with my Nikon bridge camera, getting it to synch with the lights, so gave up and just watched what others were doing. I'm more inclined now to get a proper DSLR. Looking seriously at davidd's.

We spent most of the day planning a summer holiday to the Orkneys, somewhere I've always wanted to visit!
