It started out so well...

After sleeping in, going for a lovely walk, watching my nephew play in the park and...  Then a 911 call for me.. It seems I had likely food poisoning but because my vitals were within the normal range, despite not being able to stand up and all the other things that go along with food poisoning.. the ER wouldn't take me.. So a night spent with little sleep and.. 

It would be 24 hours before I could eat anything.. Monday has been a sleeping and liquid diet day.. Knowing this is out of my hands, it was no problem getting off of work but I know the guys will have to work a bit harder since I am not there..

Hopefully after a good nights sleep, Tuesday will be a near normal day..
