Setting up.

This is a picture of the setting up team at lunch time. A brief lull in the proceedings!

Early start to the day. Cars packed with a variety of items needed for the ten and stand. Flowers done, banners taken and equipment polished and ready.

We finished about tea time and left the stand looking really very good. Now it’s just down to me and the catering department to finish it off in the morning.

In the evening we all gathered including children for a meal and celebratory drink with Freddie the W’s son to celebrate his 36th birthday. A fun and laughter filled evening. Roll on the morning, I think!!
