'Down Street' from the top of 'Back Brow'

The area of Housing seen in this blip is known locally as 'Down Street'. If you look down the road on the right you will see a wall, roughly under the yellow bush; before the wall was renovated there use to be signs of a blocked up door, this door was the entrance to a cell, this cell was used to house drunks and the like until they could be seen by the Magistrates the next morning. Then it was used as a place to hold unfortunate souls who had drowned, waiting for post mortem.
