Sunshine after the rain...

Came home from work on a day that's been unrelentingly wet and unpleasant to find the garden looking damp and lovely in a suggestion of evening sunshine. I took loads of pics of the lady's mantle (Alchemilla mollis) with its trademark water droplets, but in the end this iris shot is today's blip. I love the colour - so rich and deep - and the furry bits remind me of hairy caterpillars!
