On a window sill

Peer Review meeting this evening. In Newmarket, but not the Irish pub. Instead we were at a Spanish Tapas bar and restaurant. The tapas were great. The pizza one of the others and I shared was eminently forgettable. Good discussion of a couple of challengingly difficult clinical scenarios.
