here comes the rain again...

a day of sunshine and torrential downpours in Essex today! Have had to take cover a couple of times to avoid the drowned rat look again!

Caught this image from the back of the car on our way back from Southend, and this is looking over Hadleigh towards the Thames Estuary where the next band of rain was getting ready to  fall very heavily!!  The rapeseed fields always look lovely at this time of year - not so keen on the pollen from them though! - and the cow parsley is everywhere!
