Second day of the conference and another day of interesting presentations and smashing chats with awe-inspiring colleagues. Chatting with someone reveals that they are doing simply wonderful, world-changing stuff and that happens throughout the day; I saw and heard about some really exciting stuff including a project that takes "simple" language from a Google document and parses it into instructions for Python turtle. IT sweeps up the typos and syntax problems and is going to be used by young children as an introduction to coding (and also collaboration as they will work on the documents together). My favourite remains the "plastic bag as enabling technology" though - an important reminder that perspective is all
