River of Flowers

By doffy

Thursday: Meconopsis Cambrica ...

Welsh Poppy and Hawthorn Blossom (Crataegus monogyna). The hawthorn flowers have such a lovely perfume and the Welsh poppies are so cheerful that I thought both deserved to be blipped for cheering me up on another wet and cold day, around 8°C.
Washing went outside on the line but brought indoors a few hours later still damp :-((
Had a wander round the garden a few times, wearing a couple of fleeces, it’s supposed to get warmer and sunnier ...
Lovely phone chat with my daughter late afternoon x
MrD busy cutting wall panels all day ... he went swimming this evening ...
Goodnight all x
