Swan and seagulls in the rain

This morning I went for a (slow) run around Arthur's Seat. Afterwards in the pouring rain I took this picture of the single swan in St Margaret's Loch. Note also the bonus seagulls to the right. As you can see, the loch was very choppy due to the wind (which was also responsible for my deplorable running time - or at least that's my excuse!)

All the swan's pals were about 10 feet away fighting with the pigeons to be fed by a man who was dropping bread from his car window.
