I was warming the water for the sauna at the corner of the cottage, and sitting still for a while, and suddenly a treecreeper appeared onto a nearby pine tree. It was fascinating to watch. The sharp curved beak serves it so well, and as you can see, it had success every now and then in examining the bark for something to eat.
