Preparing the garden boxes for planting

I enjoyed my time this morning prepping the garden boxes for planting. I'm not sure what else we will be planting in these boxes (asparagus is in the middle box). This is my small garden (15 sq ft).
Our big garden is 800 sq ft. and in a community garden space in my neighborhood. We've begun the prep work there as well. I'm going to spend my evening doing the planning of the what, where and how much for the garden. Tomorrow we go buy plants and seeds! I'm excited!
