Lilac

We had a few friends visit for lunch, as we hadn’t met up since last summer. Great to catch up and find out what our girls have been up to and their plans for the future.
I received some lovely flowers from them all but I do love these lilac stems, love the scent.
It’s the first time our friends had seen the house since we moved last October, all loved where we live. We used to have a lilac bush at our old house and it brought back lots of memories for me. Good ones though.
