First Show

An exciting afternoon watching Sophie perform in her first Dance Show.  The skill and energy of these youngsters is amazing. Sophie is showing real talent and loves what she does - taking after her cousin Anna, but certainly not her mother or grandmother!

I took the camera with the fastest lens I have but light levels were ridiculous and the dancers so fast that the only way was to push the ISO up very high.  Despite the difficulties, I have some artistic and interesting shots.

Sophie is the one at the back and they'd probably just done several somersaults and a few other impossible manoeuvres!
