Padbrook Plod

It was a busy but fun Sunday.

This is me and Leo in good spirits after we arrived home following our 5 mile Padbrook Plod. Leo decided he’d be brave and run it in his own and then wait for me at the end as I did it at walk speed.

He really enjoyed it, even though there were evil hills to climb in the first half of the route.

Now his footie is finished I can drag him along to Parkrun. He’ll have no problem with a 5k after a hilly and hot 5 miles. He will also enjoy beating me when the times come in.

Ian arrived home safely and very jet lagged so went to bed early for a 10 hour sleep! I am not sure it helped as he was still dozy this morning!
