All about David

When David passed he was on his way to Newport where he was project managing his last project before he retired. The project was building an thermoplastic elastomers plant in Newport in Wales. Thermoplastic elastomers are like rubber but can be recycled whereas rubber products cannot.

The plant has now been built and today was the opening ceremony. As David couldn’t be there we represented him.

A car arrived early this morning to take us to the ceremony.

He should have been there not us.

We spoke to lots of people who had worked with him all with very fond memories.

When we arrived home I was delighted to find that the iris was in flower. My mum used to grown them and I’ve planted several in the garden. I might now plant others.

So today was all about David. Much missed and much loved by many.
