Juniper Green Cubs

A busy morning trying to catch up after a week out of the office was followed by a visit to Craigentinny Telferton allotments where we welcomed a group from the local care home to afternoon tea as part of our Gardens and Health campaign.

This was then followed by a visit to the most wonderful new SGS open garden at Gilmerton and then it was over to Merchiston Cottage where a local cub group enjoyed beekeeping, honey tasting, frog , newt and insect handling, not to mention the chance to sit in a Ferrari - their wee faces were absolutely priceless.
